Dear Poured Out Followers of Messiah Jesus,
This letter will not only be informational, but after reading it I would ask you to pray for these exciting opportunities the Lord has for so many to be saved by our Savior Jesus. Also, this letter will provide prayer points for much discipleship and even more! Have you heard the phrase "old things are new again"?
For many years I was going to Rwanda and the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) as they are neighboring countries. So much has happened since the last time I was there about five years ago. My wife, son, and myself have moved to Israel, our married daughter in North Carolina is about to have our second grandchild, and I have been going to other countries in Africa.
In Rwanda and the DRC we have seen literally thousands receive Jesus as Lord and Savior (2007-2014)! Not only that, but I have led pastor and church leadership conferences in many cities with thousands as well. Lord knows how many churches I have been in, and also how many orphans and widows we were able to help with the Lord's tender grace and mercy.
Both areas, at this time more DRC than Rwanda, have scars of genocide, and ethnic, tribal, and political strife. An open-ness to the gospel and Bible teaching, along with a new open door provided by the Lord, is drawing my heart back to these two countries.
However, my schedule for this year is already getting full and I am earnestly seeking our Father in heaven for His grace, mercy, and perfect will. Lord willing, it will be later this year and I am praying about which month to put Rwanda and DRC on my calendar. Would you please pray for a clear understanding regarding which month I should go?
Watch Therefore TV Program

"Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also." (John 14:1-3)
My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:2)
We live in such a strange "Christian" environment. With each passing month it seems that the Bible is becoming less relevant to professing Christ followers. At the time when this lost and dying world needs born again followers of our Lord Jesus to be clear thinking and close to Him more than ever, more often churches and Christians look as lost as the world!
It is so important to remember that for darkness to expand or increase the light must become dim. The dimness in those who only profess to be light is opening the way for darkness and all kinds of evil to engulf the world today! The love for the things of this world has taken the place of the love for Jesus Christ in so much of the professing Church today. And the world's way of thinking, which is taking over so much of the church, makes the church look like the lost and dying world!
It is my prayer, belief, and experience that our television program "Watch Therefore" is making a difference! We get such beautiful letters from precious souls who are getting built up by the Holy Spirit from watching our program. It truly is a discipleship tool to feed a remnant of those who truly want to walk with our Savior. It also helps them to be ready for Him to come and take us to that place He has been preparing for us! This is a program for those who are truly Poured Out Followers of Messiah Jesus! It is also a program for those whom the Lord wants to hear the soul saving gospel, which I share at the end of almost every program.
Please prayerfully consider something regarding Watch Therefore TV. Recently, I talked with a man who suggested, in so many words, that I should do "the ask" on my TV program more intentionally and creatively. This means I should do a better job of asking for money. However, the last thing I want to do is unnecessarily drive anyone away-God forbid that someone watching who needs to be saved would feel "asked" for money! I even tell people who may be watching and who have not yet received Jesus as Lord-"please do not send any money into our ministry. Please receive Jesus as Savior and enjoy the program."
I also tell them on the program that our help comes from the Lord-Maker of heaven and earth! We trust Him to raise up faithful prayer and financial partners for our program. It is very expensive-more than I want to think about-but together in Messiah Jesus-He will keep us on the air wherever He wants and as long as He wants! So, if the Holy Spirit places it on your heart, prayerfully consider becoming a prayer and financial partner of Watch Therefore TV. That is the extent of my "ask."
Kenyan Pastor Support
We continue monthly support for two Kenyan Pastors ~ Zaphania Makori and James Okenda. Both have hearts and lives poured out for orphans, widows, the lost, and the body of Christ! They sow their lives in difficult situations and we come alongside and help-what a blessing for us!
Let's keep pouring ourselves out for the faith of others. Let's keep getting ready to see our Savior! One day, even soon, may we hear Him say these words to us:
"Well done good and faithful servant."
