“We are rejoicing to be Poured Out For The Nations!”
Dear Poured Out Followers of Our Dear Messiah Jesus,
I would like to add a feature to our monthly newsletter. Mostly what I have been doing is just updating our prayer and financial partners on our upcoming ministry plans. Also, I have been sharing reports and testimonies of our partners in Africa. But today I am going to begin also sharing a word from “The Word” in addition to our updates.
So here goes: Our Savior spoke of two servants in Matthew 24 and 25. He did not speak of three or four only two. One of the servants is eternally blessed while the other is eternally cursed.
Matthew 24:45 “Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season? 46 Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing. 47 Assuredly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods. 48 But if that evil servant says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying his coming,’ 49 and begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards, 50 the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him and at an hour that he is not aware of, 51 and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
The faithful and wise servant is watching for the Master to come and doing what the Master commanded. So, what should we do? The answer is in Matthew 24:42
Matthew 24:42,44:
42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.
44 Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
The answer is to live for Messiah Jesus today as if He is coming in the clouds for you today (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18) because He may do just that! Watch Therefore and Be Ready!
Please pray for my Nigeria trip that is coming in March. The Lord has given me an open door that is amazing! I will be in the slums of Lagos (Nigerian capitol), leading pastor conferences, church meetings, and also will be with high level government officials.
I am also prayerfully considering a summer trip back to Uganda.There I would like to minister to orphans and come alongside Pastor Lewi who has taken on this huge task of helping 360 of these precious ones. Also, there I can preach and teach the Word of God which the Bible says effectively works in us!
May they all be saved and built up and blessed by Messiah Jesus–Hallelujah!
