Dear Poured Out Disciples of Messiah Jesus,

This is our year end letter and what a fruitful year! If I would sum it up in one word here it is— DISCIPLESHIP! And that is obedience to our Savior Jesus because He gave us a great commission, which if not done would be a terrible omission! Listen to our Resurrected Savior in His own words:

"And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying,
“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always,
even to the end of the age.” Amen.” Matthew 28:18-20

CHURCH PLANT

I am the pastor of Watch Therefore Community Fellowship (WTCF) which we officially started in 2023. I will share more about it in next month’s letter. A church plant like this is just the kind of place to pour out one’s life for the faith of others. It is a great way to follow in the footsteps of Apostle Paul. It has been a pleasure to labor in the word of the true and living God and to love and disciple His precious children in this church in 2024!

WATCH THEREFORE UGANDA AFRICA PASTORS & CHURCH MINISTRY LEADERS CONFERENCE

Amazingly, we invited and assembled in Kampala, Uganda pastors and church ministry leaders from eight African countries: Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, DR Congo, Burkina Faso, Sudan, Tanzania.

The conference was such a smashing success! By the end of our special week the attendees were so very happy in Christ Jesus. After the teachings, they were so very happy and thankful. Most of them did not understand these times and that we should be ready any moment for our Savior Jesus to come for us. The powerful testimonies were incredible and our Savior Jesus was glorified and lifted up!

Think for a moment of the significance of this conference. These pastors and church leaders have taken this end of this age message back to their churches to spread the message: Watch Therefore and Be Ready—King Jesus is coming for us any moment!

WATCH THEREFORE TV PROGRAM

Truly, this Watch Therefore message is so very important. Sadly, many Christians have never learned or have forgotten that our soon (and anytime) coming for us Savior wants to reward His people with crowns. Yet, He has them ready for those who walk out their faith with those crowns in view!

Many crowns are available for us in heaven after the Rapture. That being true, could one crown prepare us to receive other crowns? You see, if we are so happy that our Lord is returning for us to take us back to the place He has been preparing for us (John 14:1-3) we will watch for Him and prepare in ways that will help us receive other crowns! What crown is associated with us being happy that our Lord Jesus is coming for us? It is the crown associated with being “poured out” for the nations!

“For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.” 2 Timothy 4:6-8

Do you see it? Those who pour out their lives serving others by faith in Messiah Jesus along with those who love our Lord’s appearing—these receive the Crown of Righteousness!

Every month we help support pastors and ministry leaders in Africa and one very special Bishop who oversees 2,000 churches in India. The countries represented are Kenya, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo, and India!

Here are a few closing thoughts:

I want to give a BIG thank you to our Lord Jesus for calling me to this exciting and challenging ministry—it certainly causes me to walk by faith which is the best way to live! And, I would like to thank anyone reading this letter who has prayerfully/financially supported our work—truly we are ministry partners.

For those who would prayerfully consider a year end gift to help with our end of this age/prophetic work—please know the costs of such work is very expensive. The gospel is free—but spreading it and discipleship is very costly. I can’t do this alone and I trust our Savior Jesus is raising up precious partners that we might together get ready for those crowns.

A word from Bishop Reinhard - India

Dearly beloved in Christ,

Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! It is a joy and great delight to extend warm and heartfelt greetings to you all – the members of the one body of Christ Jesus. God has been good and gracious to us over the days and we believe and pray that it would be the same with you. Like we read in the Bible,

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord,
thoughts of peace and not of evil,
to give you a future and a hope.” – Jeremiah 29:11

We are certain that all the thoughts of our Lord, towards us are of divine peace, to give us a good future and a dependable hope. Moreover, we are even more delighted to share with you a brief information about the mission work that we carry out in and around India. Together with you, we would like to give Him thanks and praise for all that He has done and is doing in our lives.

During the last months, we had wonderful outreach programs in several villages, most of which are hostile to ourChristian faith. Even though it was a challenge, we had a great time of singing and sharing of testimonies and also a livedemonstration of the Life of Jesus Christ which captivated the minds of the people.

It was then followed by the moving sermon by Bishop Reinhard, which made the people to realize the necessity of Jesus, confessed their sins and prayed the prayer of salvation. Significant politicians also took part in the outreach. We also provided a simple meal for the poor and for those who had traveled long.

Various Training seminars were also organized for our Pastors and Leaders to reach out to the new places with the Kingdom vision.

Several other essential training programs on Ministry and Church Planting were also organized for our people.

We also focused on reaching the children in both rural and urban regions, with the love and good news of our Lord JesusChrist. It is a wonderful sight to see the eyes and hearts of the children opened to the word of our Lord in thesechallenging times with values and teachings of the Bible by means of energetic songs, stories and roleplays, along with refreshing snacks and food!

A word from Pastor Herman,
The Watch Therefore Message preached in Africa!

We are thankful to God that begun His work in this world and called His people to serve in His kingdom to preach and spread the gospel especially the message of Watch Therefore and Be Ready. We thank God for having called His Servant Rev. Dov Schwarz to bring and take the message of Watch Therefore in African countries whereby we received him here in Rwanda as a Team of the Ministry. The work of the ministry that he started in Rwanda it has grown beyond Rwanda to East African countries. Not only that, it is still continuing in other different countries of Africa.

As we mentioned from above, the Watch Therefore African team recently from 28th to 31st of October 2024 held (4) Pastor’s conferences in two different places, Kampala and Mbarara, Uganda. At these conferences we were able to train a total of 247 Pastors and church leaders and these trainings were fantastic at the same time the participants were very happy and blessed by the teachings!

Therefore, these Pastors conferences must continue to be held because we are seeing the revival already at hand within the Region of East Africa. In accordance from the word of God found in the scripture: Leviticus 6:9 Give this command to Aaron and his Sons: This is the law of the burnt offering. The burnt offering must stay on the hearth of the altar all night until morning. The altar’s fire must be kept burning.

To continue encouraging many churches to know the blessings they receive from praying for Israel and the peace of Jerusalem.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May they prosper who love you.” Psalm 122:6

And also to continue creating many teams within different churches mainly praying for Israel. As for now we have created two teams one in Kampala and also one in Mbarara, Therefore, as we finish, we are greatly thankful to all partners that are standing with Watch Therefore Ministries.

Dear Poured Out Followers of Messiah Jesus,

Now more than ever we should be laser focused on the prophetic words of our Lord Jesus. These times are leaping off the pages of our Bibles like never before! Truly the world is about to be thrust into the time our Lord Jesus called the world’s worst trouble:

“For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.”
Matthew 24:21

He spoke of signs surrounding and proclaiming this time of great trouble, sorrow, and woe.

“For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows (birth pains). Matthew 24:7-8

This time should alert those seeking the truth of God’s word to see these signs that King Jesus is soon returning to Jerusalem to sit on David’s throne—our Lord Jesus is the Son of David. Please remember—Israel is the Lord’s fig tree that is the center of Bible Prophecy:

“Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors! Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. Matthew 24:32-35

The springtime leaves of the fig tree with no fruit makes obvious that the summertime figs are about to appear. As Israel is fighting for its life on five fronts we know that the rapture of the church, seven year tribulation, and Second Coming of King Messiah Jesus to Jerusalem will all take place in this Fig Tree Generation!

Never forget this promise in the midst of these so very serious times—our Savior has gone to prepare a place for us in heaven—and He will come for us any moment! I will share two places in Scripture and then remind us what we should be doing. Folks, please, please read and listen!

“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.”
John 14:1-3

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
John 14:27

Our Savior tells us that He has left us His peace and to not let our hearts be troubled and to be not afraid. Do you know there is something we can be doing that will help us to obey these commands? We can get busy making disciples of Christ Jesus and winning the lost into His glorious Kingdom! Time is running out and I am going to share three October/November outreaches that you can prayerfully and financially partner in today!

You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

October Uganda Outreach

Our Watch Therefore Ministries team in Rwanda will be traveling to Uganda for two outreaches—one in the capitol of Kampala and the other in a town called Barrerra. We will have two-day pastor conferences in each city. I will teach a three to four hour Watch Therefore conference via internet projected upon a big screen.

Then, our team will finish the next day with important teachings and urging pastors to get busy about the King’s business including preaching the gospel and making healthy disciples who are watching for our Savior in the clouds!!!

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who wins souls is wise. Proverbs 11:30

November Kenya Outreach

Lord willing, our same Watch Therefore Team will travel to Kenya in November and do the same as Uganda. One addition will be a day of gospel preaching winning the lost to our Savior Jesus in preparation for His soon coming for us!

Prayer points

• We still have a $7500 balance for these outreach expenses. Please pray that our Savior fills our baskets that our team may go bear Kingdom fruit that will remain forever!
• Our team’s safe travels
• Great Holy Spirit power to go with our team
• The pastors to come with eyes and ears that can see and hear
• Revived hearts in our team and the pastors
• Many lost would pray to receive Jesus as Lord and Savior!
