"We are rejoicing to be
Poured Out
For The Nations!"
Philippians 2:17

Dear Poured Out for Messiah Jesus Friends and Ministry Partners,

Can you imagine—2025?! Well, here we are and I have some Bible passages and thoughts that I pray bless and prepare you to prosper in the Kingdom of Christ Jesus in 2025. Consider that word “prosper” and how it has been made worldly and unfruitful in the body of Christ—compared to its true meaning.

“By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, of whom it was said, “In Isaac your seed shall be called,” concluding that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead, from which he also received him in a figurative sense.”
Hebrews 11”17-19

Eliezer was Abraham’s servant who was sent out to find a bride for Isaac. The Bible tells us Isaac was Abraham’s only begotten son. In ancient times the father would choose a bride for his son—yet Abraham was too old to do so for Isaac so he sent his trusted oldest servant to go looking for Isaac’s bride.

Our spiritual earthly father Abraham sent his servant on an errand—about a two-week journey back to his people to find a bride to bring to Isaac. This journey would be through a wilderness with potential dangers and distractions. But Eliezer was undeterred and made it all the way to Mesopotamia—the city of Nahor.

“Now Abraham was old, well advanced in age; and the LORD had blessed Abraham in all things. So Abraham said to the oldest servant of his house, who ruled over all that he had, “Please, put your hand under my thigh, and I will make you swear by the LORD, the God of heaven and the God of the earth, that you will not take a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I dwell; but you shall go to my country and to my family, and take a wife for my son Isaac.”
Genesis 24:1-4

Eliezer prayed at a well that the bride for Isaac would come to the well—and do certain things at the well to identify her as Isaac’s bride. And there came Rebekah and she did just those things proving her to be a bride for Isaac! Eliezer then recounts to Rebekah’s family regarding his errand and journey.

See these two passages—one involves the prayer Abraham prayed over his servant and the other the prayer of Eliezer at the well looking for Isaac’s bride:

But he said to me, ‘The LORD, before whom I walk, will send His angel with you and prosper your way; and you shall take a wife for my son from my family and from my father’s house. Genesis 24:40

“And this day I came to the well and said, “O LORD God of my master Abraham, if You will now prosper the way in which I go…”
Genesis 24:42

Do you see it? The prosperity of Father Abraham’s servant was all wrapped up in his finding a bride for Isaac! Our Heavenly Father has sent us on a heavenly errand—to find a bride for His only begotten Son Jesus. The success—prosperity—for us in this life is doing just that!

At the home of Rebekah’s family, in hospitality, they wanted to feed Eliezer—look at his response pertaining to his errand to bring a bride back to Isaac.

“Food was set before him to eat, but he said, “I will not eat until I have told about my errand.” And he said, “Speak on.” Genesis 24:43

We, on our heavenly errand to reach precious souls who will be part of the bride of Christ Jesus should be just as focused and undeterred! Consider these expressions of heavenly prosperity—they have little to do with money, riches, or anything of this life. True prosperity is a result of heavenly investing! And I’m not talking about money!

What is the most valuable thing on the earth—is it gold, silver, precious commodities for which so many are spending their lives investing? The value of anything on earth is measured by what someone will pay for it. What is the most expensive thing anyone has paid for? Peter the apostle has the answer:

“And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear; knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.”
1 Peter 1:17-19

The most expensive thing on earth are precious souls who have been paid for with/by the blood of the Lamb Jesus Christ! The best way to prosper in 2025 is to invest in the most valuable item on earth—souls with whom we share the good news of our Savior Jesus! And since the price has already been paid—2025 should be a year where we recognize that we have been sent out to find a bride for our Heavenly Father’s only begotten Son—King Messiah Jesus!
