Did you know there is a great way to stay on track with the Lord even during these times of great difficulty and challenges? One way you simply cannot lose is to be gospel/discipleship minded. It is also a great way to prepare for eternity!

The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who wins souls is wise. Proverbs 11:30

Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever. Daniel 12:3

Some of you are prayerfully and financially participating in our Watch Therefore/Poured Out For The Nations gospel and discipleship work in Burundi and Rwanda, Africa. I have already given some updates from earlier in the year and from our August Burundi initial outreaches. Lord willing, we have only just begun as we are involved in ongoing planning for future outreaches in Burundi.

Salvation and Discipleship in the Midst of the Trouble of 2020
Having said that just think of this: Since earlier this year and then in August and September we have seen about 1,350 precious souls pray to repent and receive Messiah Jesus as Lord! And more than that we have actively participated together in seeing many of them become authentic disciples of our Savior Jesus! I am once again reminded of this verse of Scripture:

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen. Matthew 28:18-20

By way of reminder, in August we did our first Burundi online Pastor conference with 100 Pastors and then a gospel preaching and gift box distribution event for the poor in Burundi. As I said - we believe this is just the beginning in Burundi. Also, they are repeatedly asking me to come there and these online events may be setting up something much bigger for the future!

ALSO, IN RWANDA-The Gospel, Discipleship, and Visible Fruit!
The backdrop of the Coronavirus was established clearly as I was required to take three tests to travel to and from Rwanda (one test before leaving, one upon arrival, and one to return). Yet this challenging environment did not stop the gospel and discipleship training and visible fruit! Remember, the gospel and the word of God is unstoppable! (2 Timothy 2:9)

After a 24-hour quarantine and a negative Corona test-the first day of work was a Sunday morning as I preached in four churches and saw precious souls saved! The next day began four half days of Pastor conferences as I challenged the Pastors with the words of our Savior to the churches in Revelation chapters two and three. The Holy Spirit did His work as many Pastors cried out for forgiveness and sought repentance!

Most often in these letters I share an update regarding our Kingdom work and every so often include a brief message from the Bible. However, this letter will address something so important that it will take this letter and the next to cover it. Oh please read this very carefully and take it to heart. I will share a brief update on our ministry outreach at the end.

Urgent Message: Be Strong, Put On, Stand, Wrestle, Stand!

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore... Ephesians 6:10-14

Paul saves this urgent exhortation for the ending of his letter to the Ephesians - but also to all disciples of Messiah Jesus. Know this, people are going crazier all around us - and they will continue to do so in unimaginable ways. Yet, we need to be reminded of whose strength we rely on and with whom we are at war! From whom do we receive more than abundant strength?

We are told to be strong in the Lord and the power of His might! We need to learn - very quickly - that we have too often depended on people, places, and things that cannot help us. Yet, we also need to learn in a deeper way that if we are strong in our Risen Savior Jesus - we cannot lose - because He has never lost and never will!

Never forget these two things:

1) We are commanded to put on the whole armor of God. He will not put it on for us!

2) We are in a very serious war!

So many professing disciples of Messiah Jesus are in swimwear instead of armor! If you have forgotten you are in a war - like never before - now is the time to get your thinking right and get right with the Lord because this is very dangerous deception! We have been indoctrinated with thinking that puts Christians on a cruise liner instead of a battle ship!

Next we are told to stand in our whole armor. What does this mean? It means I will not back up, give up, or shut up until I am taken up! Never quit standing against Satan's attempts to defeat you. Stand in the Holy Spirit empowered strength of our Lord Jesus!
We are also in a wrestling match with demonic forces that are arrayed in different ranks (like a military), different levels, and assignments. Remember, a wrestler identifies his opponent and wrestles with his opponent only. People whom Messiah Jesus came to save are not our opponent, even though they are often deceived participants in the devil's schemes. We wrestle with the power behind the people who come against us.

We take up the whole armor of God - wearing part and wielding part of it. We do this so we may be able to withstand in the evil day - which is every day in this very evil world. And in case you do not yet know - it is going to get much more evil very quickly! And having done all to stand - STAND THEREFORE! Four times we are told to stand - I think the Lord is trying to tell us something?

Lord willing, next month I will identify and briefly explain the components of the armor as they relate to our faith walk and battle plans the Captain of our faith has given to us. But I am going to present them here and encourage you to begin meditating on them that you might BE STRONG, PUT ON, STAND, WRESTLE, AND STAND!

Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints-and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. Ephesians 6:14-20

As you are receiving this letter I will be returning from my September Rwanda, Africa gospel/discipleship outreach. In advance as I write this letter I am saying thanks and Hallelujah! to our great Savior Messiah Jesus. I have been trusting in Him to save, bless, heal, and disciple precious souls in Burundi and Rwanda during our August and September 2020 outreaches. I also want to say thank you to those of you who have responded to the Holy Spirit in prayerful and financial support -

I have some good news for you! As it seems or would appear that everything is falling apart - the opposite is actually true. Things are not falling apart-things are coming together! I study and teach Bible prophecy and it is leaping off the pages of the Bible just as it is written. And here is some more good news-all heaven is breaking loose into the earth in these very difficult times!

Our ministry opportunities are expanding quickly as our Savior is opening doors that nobody can shut! I have begun preaching in India using Zoom video conferencing. Our Indian ministry partner Bishop Reinhard shepherds over 2,000 churches in India.

The Holy Spirit confirmed the preaching and Bible teaching with His awesome presence and we all were praising our Savior Jesus! I was preaching about the grace of our Lord as He is keeping covenant promises through Bible prophecy. We have great and precious promises-the foundation of which, are realized in Covenant and Prophecy!

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. (2 Peter 1:2-4)

The grace of our Lord that saved us is also teaching us to reject ungodliness in the most ungodly generation. Additionally, grace is teaching us to embrace godliness. It also teaches us to look for the blessed hope - the rapture. Remember, the grace that gave us His divine nature will also give us a divine-eternal, sin free body! Along with these things, grace is teaching us to be excited to work for the Kingdom of Jesus Christ! After hearing these things here is a question-are you walking by grace?

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. (Titus 2:11-14)

Bishop Reinhard has asked me to preach weekly over Zoom. So then, I am preaching weekly all over India without leaving my home - Oh Hallelujah! Please pray for many Indian believers to become deeper disciples of our Savior Jesus! Please also pray that many who have not yet been saved will come to our Savior through these meetings!
In August I will be preaching in Burundi, Africa by Zoom at least twice Lord willing. The first meeting is a one-day pastor conference. We will be providing breakfast and lunch for one hundred pastors and church leaders as we equip them with the Watch Therefore message and the need to win as many souls as possible with the little remaining time we have before our Savior comes for us! Please pray that our teaching time will be powerful and fruitful. Also, please pray for the finances to provide breakfast and lunch.

The other Burundi outreach will be to poverty stricken people who desperately need the gospel. Lord willing, we will provide a little sugar, rice, and hand sanitizer for these precious needy souls. Think of it, their poverty is so great that they will come out for a little sugar and rice-yet their poverty of spirit and need for our Savior is much greater! We would like to preach the gospel to them and see them become disciples of our Savior Jesus - Oh Lord may it be so! Please pray for many to be saved and become fruitful disciples of Messiah Jesus! Also, please pray for the funds to provide the things we will be giving them.

Then Lord willing, I will go in September to Rwanda for two outreaches in two cities. In each we will have a four-day gospel outreach and three or four day pastor conferences. Also, we are having a special meeting with about one hundred women who were former prostitutes and received Jesus as Lord when I was preaching in Rwanda in February. Lord willing, we will provide a nice luncheon for them to celebrate how our Savior has faithfully kept them by His grace in their new lives in Christ!

Of course our ongoing ministry to the nations also continues through our Watch Therefore television program. It is on the Inspiration Network, CTN (Christian Television Network), and The Walk, which is a network of local Christian television stations across America. Please pray for many deeper disciples and even that some who are lost would come across the program as I share the gospel at the end of every program with an invitation for the lost to receive Messiah Jesus. Please also pray for the HUGE monthly financial commitments that we have to be met as well.

This poured out work also involves prayerful and financial support of church leaders in Africa and India. Please pray for our financial support to be uninterrupted for these strategic agents of grace in the nations!

Please remember there are three primary components of missions gospel and discipleship outreach: Praying, Giving, & Going. Please also, consider that as you do the praying and/or giving - I will do the going! If you do not have a leading from the Holy Spirit to give (and please only give if you do), would you please pray and ask our Heavenly Father in Messiah Jesus holy name for Kingdom fruit and resources for the work?

Together, let's be "Team Jesus" and be Poured Out For The Nations!
